Since 1994 Sandblasters Inc. has been the premier shop to meet all of your blasting needs.   We mainly use garnet and starblast media. Our blasters are experienced in adjusting air pressure to properly handle the lighter to sturdier metals without any damage or warping.  Garnet is a hard stone and starblast is an evenly, finely ground softer stone that doesn't remove any of the parent metal but does remove old finishes and rust.  This gives a perfect surface for primer or powder coating to adhere to for a more durable finish.

We charge only for blast time and have no "minimum" fee.  If it takes 5 minutes, you only pay for 5 minutes.  We do what we can to help your project be a success.  We can point you in the right direction for special needs.

We do daily deliveries to powder coaters to save you a step.  Just let us know what color (we have color examples) and we do the rest.

Capabilities

Using our new compressors and dryers that were part of a half million dollar upgrade we can handle the toughest job you can bring us.   We have added a second, state of the art booth that can handle anything up to 50 feet in length.  We can run 3 shifts when turn around needs are critical.  Getting your surface clean and prepared for any coating is our mission.

Flexibility and Experience

We have worked with projects that range from new fabrication to antiques, from individuals to large industrial customers.  Projects have included automotive, marine, aerospace, architectural, signs, home furnishings, decorations, marble and brick flooring, toys to name just a few.  We have blasted wood to bring out a receded grain look on signs, and glass for an etched effect.  The creative ideas people have come up with are endless.  Call and talk to Warren to see what we can do for your project before you give up on it.
